1. Payment Schedule

Payments are processed on first week of the month(usually 2nd day of the month) and third week of every month (usually 16th of every month). If one of these dates falls on a bank holiday, the payment date may shift accordingly. Be sure to keep this schedule in mind, as minor delays can sometimes occur around holidays.

2. Payment Option Not Enabled

Please note that the payment option will only be enabled once you are actively working on a project. Ensure that your bank account details are correct, active, and match your PAN information to avoid any delays or issues with this process.

3. Payment Sent but Not Checked

In some cases, payment may have already been sent, but it hasn’t been checked in your bank account. Before reaching out to support, please review your recent bank transactions to confirm whether the payment has been received.

4. Payment Processing or Return Due to Incorrect Details

If your bank or PAN details are incorrect, payment transactions may bounce and be returned. Verify that the name on profile is same as the name on PAN and the name on bank account to avoid processing issues. If your payment has bounced, please update your information and reach out to support for assistance with reprocessing.

5. Dashboard and Payment Discrepancies

There may be occasional differences between the amount reflected on your dashboard and your actual payout. Payments processed on first week of the month(usually 2nd day of the month) and third week of every month (usually 16th of every month) reflect tasks completed up to those dates, with tasks completed afterward reconciled in the next cycle.

The expected hourly pay range for U.S.-based candidates is different, with exact pay based on competencies and relevant experience.

7. Payment Dashboard/Earnings Not Updated

If your payment dashboard isn’t showing updates accurately, please be patient, as payments processed as the "Earnings" details on the dashboard will be updated one pay cycle later (i.e. if you are paid on the 2nd, the "Earnings" will be updated on next pay cycle e.g. on 16th of the month). This change is necessary to give us time to carefully review all payments made in the previous cycle at the start of each new one.
